SESSION TIPS:
--Think of how comfortable you want to be that day and select an "outfit" or look that you won't be nervous in. How much you want to show is up to you, but my job is to make you look classy and sexy.
--Please keep in mind your body type and what you hate/love about yourself when selecting what to wear or what NOT to wear. If you hate your tummy, a good corset does wonders and looks amazing. If your butt is your favorite thing, don’t cover it up with a nightie.
--If you want to do some teaser shots where you are "topless" but covering up, consider bringing some pasties and/or a robe to wear between shots.
--A basic pair of sexy undies and bra can never go wrong. --Accessories can make a big difference! Sexy heels, a long pretty necklace to play with, some dangly earrings, etc.
--Is there something you can incorporate that your partner will like? A game controller, a band tshirt, etc. --Get your hair and makeup done--professionally if possible. You want to look your very best for these!
--NO glitter make-up--it just looks like white specs on camera and is not flattering. --Do not wear clothes to your session that will leave marks! Remember that you will be showing a lot of skin during your shoot, and sock marks and bra lines can really mess with your overall look.
--Do NOT do any physical alteration within days of your session, such as spray tans, waxing, dying your hair, etc. You don’t want to show up to your appointment looking like a striped “oompa-loompa”, have a bad reaction to something, or be unhappy with how something turned out with no time to fix it.
--EAT! It is very important to make sure to eat a regular breakfast and/or lunch on session day. I have had women in the past that skipped a meal (or two) because they were worried about “bloating” and had a sudden blood sugar crash and dizziness at the session. It is much better to risk bloating (which is not likely and can be photoshopped anyway) than fainting!
--Don't worry about coming up with any ideas! My job is to make you look and feel amazing and to find what works for YOU! I will find just the right poses and just the right angles that work best for your body and your location, so don't go crazy looking at pinterest or trying to come up with anything on your own.
--It will be me and my female assistant at your session, and we will do our best to make you feel comfortable and have fun. If you want or need the support of a good friend at your session, feel free to have one there.
--Please make sure to be at the meeting area as "ready" as possible and ON TIME. Sessions will be back-to-back but the changing area and studio will be private and ONLY available for you during your scheduled spot. Don't waste session time by arriving late or choosing something that will take a long time to put on or take off. If you have a complicated "outfit" (like a corset with ties, garters and hose) consider putting it on early and wearing a dress or coat over it to save time after you arrive.
